Content of the course

For many years I’ve been exactly where many people are today — juggling too much, moving too fast, and slowly losing touch with myself. For a long time, I thought the answer was to push harder, plan more, stay “on top” of everything. But what I truly needed was the opposite: more presence, more gentleness, and simple practices that helped me come back to myself. Everything I share now comes from that journey. I care deeply about making wellbeing and intentional living feel accessible, soft, and human — no pressure, no perfection, just small moments and tools that fit into real lives. Practices that help you breathe deeper, think clearer, and reconnect with what matters. If you’re longing for more balance, more meaning, or simply a quieter inner space, my work is created with you in mind. My hope is that it becomes a calm companion in your days, reminding you that slowing down — even a little — can change everything.
