We will take a slow, mindful walk through nature, pausing to notice what surrounds us and what stirs within. After the walk, we’ll gather in a simple journaling circle to reflect and write. You’ll receive gentle prompts to guide your reflections, but there is no expectation – only space to connect with your own thoughts.
