The house incorporates eco-friendly practices such as responsible waste management, energy efficiency with solar panels, and eco-friendly heating systems. Local materials were used in the construction to blend harmoniously with the surroundings. Guests are welcomed with a selection of regional products, including homemade jams and bread, fostering support for local artisans.
